General Information:

ALL commercial carriers must request an appointment for delivery to Watervliet Arsenal through the Carrier Appointment System (CAS). IF CAS IS DOWN, CALL 518-266-5858 FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Failure to schedule an appointment in CAS may result in delays, no additional funds, and carrier performance action. DRIVERS ARRIVING WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

DIRECTIONS: COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC WILL RESUME ENTRY THROUGH THE SOUTH GATE ON ROUTE 32. I-787 TO EXIT 7W(ROUTE 378 WEST). TAKE THE 1ST EXIT OFF OF ROUTE 378 WEST TO ROUTE 32. TURN RIGHT ON ROUTE 32. FOLLOW ROUTE 32 FOR 1.3 MILES AND THE ENTRANCE WILL BE ON THE RIGHT.

Receiving and shipping hours are 8:00am to 2:30pm Monday thru Thursday. Fridays receiving and shipping hours are 8:00am to 1:30pm. Drivers must come inside Receiving office to coordinate being off loaded and loaded. Please email or call prior to shipping product that will arrive on any Friday to confirm if receiving will be open. Extensive background checks will be conducted prior to entry. No Restrooms, showers, public telephones, or food is available on site. Drivers must remain with the vehicle at the Commercial Vehicle Holding Area near the Visitor Center. Dropping of trailers is not authorized.
